Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

 

What couriers do you ship with?

Domestic orders are shipped via CTT, and international orders are shipped either via DHL or UPS, according to which is more suitable for the case.

 

Do you have free shipping?

Yes, we do have free shipping in all domestic orders over 100€. For international rates, please visit de Shipping and Returns page on our website.

 

How should I wash my items?

We recommend you follow the washing instructions that are on each product page.

For the recycled polyester we recommend: Preserve the beauty of this item by storing it flat and untied. Avoid contact with chemicals and too much rain or water. Machine wash on temperatures at max. 30ºC. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Iron cool at max.110ºC. Do not dry clean.

 

Where are your items produced?

All of our items are produced in Portugal. Our recycled polyester fabric is from Spain, but all the production in made in Portugal by artisans.

 

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

If you don’t love your item, you can return or exchange it with 14 days of purchase. For more information, please check our Returns & Exchanges page or contact our customer care.

 

How long is the shop opened for?

Our online store is opened 24/24. Except for some special collections, that might have a specific and limited selling period.

 

Can I combine order?

All orders must be placed together at once.

 

Can I modify an order once I’ve placed it?

We can’t promise that we will be able to modify your order. If you need to modify your order, please contact our customer service for support.

 

Will past collections ever be restocked?

Usually, we do not restock old collections. Nevertheless, we can restock some of our bestsellers from time to time. To be notified of any restocks, please subscribe to our newsletter. For further information, please contact us.

 

Can I collect the order in person?

Usually no. However, we might have some special events or collaborations when this may be possible.
